What we do

We provide an experiential learning programme which gives our corporate clients the ability to offer Learning and Development to their teams in such a way that improvements are self motivated and created.

The process involves ground based activities with horse/s and trained professionals linked with recognised psychometric models. Making a connection with a horse to get it to do what you would like it to do is all about communication and the right approach. 

These skills are crucial also for everyday interaction with others and the activities help build self esteem and confidence and the ability to recognise what holds us back, therefore paving the way for improvement.
